To add a new customer to Squeegee:
Go to the customer view
Pink plus button
Add new customer
Enter as many details as you can about the customer
Start typing the address as it is written
Verify their address using the pin on the map for more accurate routing
Add mobile numbers to the first phone number field and landlines to the alt phone number field
To add a note that will show on the planners in bold, use '#!text' with no spaces or even '#!emoji'
Select any options that you want to change from the ones set in settings that will override them on the customer
Add any additional notes for invoices that are customer specific
Choose whether workers can see the price for this customer (again this overrides the main setting)
Choose whether you require a signature
and set the customer state. Inactive customers can be viewed as a separate group and won't have any future jobs scheduled, but you can still chase outstanding debt and see history.
Don't forget to press save!
