Go to work planner select the job you have finished tap the pink plus button on the customer overview and select "Done and paid" as shown below:

Once you have pressed "done and paid" you will see this screen below:

-Press the record button and it will ask you to select how the payment was made, 

Selecting "charge" is for gocardless or stripe online payments.

The credit option is for if you want to record a credit against a customer's account (Eg. if you've offered a bonus for a referral, etc).

Using payment by cash as an option, a box will appear:

Type in your reference (not required) and then press the record button, then if you go to the "payments" tab and select the customer at the top of the list, you will see a record of the customer job completion and record of payment:
