Default notification method: This allows you to decide what sort of notification is sent out by default, there are several options to choose from, including Email, SMS, Email+SMS.
SMS settings: Here you will be able to change the name "SqueegeeApp" to a reply number (Uk only) or your name for Non-reply.
Here you will be able too enable squeegee SMS, purchase SMS credits and set auto top ups for credit, when creating a template, or SMS it will show you how many Squeegee credits these message will use.
Email settings: here you are able to set your email, you can also enable the Squeegee or custom SMTP settings, there are many benefits to using the Squeegee SMTP, such as delivery reports and notifications, the following link will explain the many benefits of the Squeegee SMTP: What is Squeegee SMTP?
Email notification logo: allows your business logo to be shown on notification emails.
Email signature: What you type here will appear at the bottom of your emails, invoices, etc, this is also HTML so you can include links if needed.
With these you will be able to include tokens as shown in each of the message previews, these each have individual uses, however there is a difference between the SMS and Email templates, Email is HTML, so can include images etc, where as SMS is plain text only.
Email appointment reminder default: this is a customise able Email message that will remind customers of their appointments with you, if you choose to send it.
SMS appointment reminder default: this is a customise able SMS message that will remind customers of their appointments with you, if you choose to send it.
Email payment request default: This is a default email you can send to customers to request payment of completed work.
SMS payment request default: This is a default SMS message you can send to customers to request payment of completed work.
Email & SMS Invoice default: this is standard message to be sent to customers when an invoice has been sent to them either email or SMS, this message is customise able.
Email & SMS message default: a standard message to update a customer on when you will be arriving or to leave gates open etc
Hide GoCardless from invites: This setting allows you to show or hide the GoCardless sign up button on invites sent to customers.
Hide Stripe from Invites: This setting allows you to show or hide the Stripe Sign up button on invites sent to customers.
