If your Emails are continually ending up in your customers spam folders, there could be multiple reasons, see below:



1) Email filters could be seeing your messages as typical spam messages so when composing emails try not to use phishing phrases and spam trigger words, such as: Member, sales, fantastic deal!, for free, act now!. by avoiding phrases like this you should be able to avoid spam filters.


2) There is a very slight chance that using the squeegee SMTP settings, could result in your messages being sent to spam, if you feel this could be the case we would recommend you switch to a custom SMTP setting.
