There are many benefits to using the In-App Two way messaging on Squeegee!


With this feature you will be able to send Emails/SMS messages to your customers, straight from Squeegee! From invoices to reminders or the odd one of message, you will be able to create, and send message from this screen.


In order to use this screen, go to the customer you wish to message and select them, there you will see the "Messages" tab:




When you have selected the messages tab, you will see the chat view, from here you will be able to write messages, and forward them to your customers, as shown below:


You can see here that the default notification method is set to Email+SMS as the message has been sent via both.


If you have your default notification method set differently such as only sms or only email, it will only send one message. 



You will also be able to see sent invoices and reminders from this screen:



You will also be able to see replies from the customer via SMS and in future Email, In-App, 




The pencil icon opens the full message editor, to allow full access to the overview and look of the message.
